From the Manufacturer Mr. Leveling Thinner is Mr. Color Thinner with retarder added to increase paint coat leveling and increase shine. It's perfect for preventing your paint from drying out too fast and causing imperfections in hot, dry environmentst. It can be combined with Mr. Color Thinner.
